3. We call you
A real person — not a “specialist”, not a “concierge” — calls you to ask a handful of questions about the home and your situation. Roof age, any tenants, what’s prompting the sale. Five minutes, maybe ten.
4. We send a written offer
Within 24 hours of that call, we email you a written, no-obligation offer. It’s a clean number — not a “starting point” we walk back from. If you say no, that’s the end of it. We won’t push.
