Agreement to these terms

By using this site, submitting a form, or contacting our team, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Nothing on this site is itself a contract to buy your home — an actual sale is governed by a separate, written purchase and sale agreement.

Who we are

Birch Home Solutions buys houses directly, with our own funds, in any condition. We are not a real-estate brokerage. We don’t represent you, list your property, or earn agent commissions. We are the buyer.

Cash offers are estimates until signed

Any offer we share before walking the property and signing paperwork is a good-faith estimate, not a binding contract. The binding number is the one in a signed purchase and sale agreement. If something material about the property turns out to be different from what we were told, we may revise or withdraw an offer before signing, and we’ll always explain why.

Not legal, financial, or tax advice

Anything we tell you on this site, by email, or on a call is informational only. We are not your lawyer, accountant, or tax advisor. Before you sign anything, talk to a professional whose job is to look out for you.

Acceptable use

Please use the site for its intended purpose. Don’t try to break it, copy our content for a competing site, submit false information, or use it to harass our team.
